GoCars Cancellation policy permits/entitles a traveler refund in case Car is cancelled:-

 

Within 120 minutes of the Car Start Time (irrespective of your pick-up time)-   60% of the total amount will be charged as cancellation fee.

 

Before 120 minutes of the Car Start Time (irrespective of your pick-up time)-   30% of the total amount will be charged as cancellation fee.

 

After vehicle start time 100% amount will be charged as cancellation fee.

E.g. If a Car is scheduled to travel from source "A" to destination "E", irrespective of the pick-up time of passengers from boarding points B, C & D, cancellation policy would apply from the vehicle Start time from Source "A".
