After chart preparation, Refunds for Confirmed/RAC/Partially Confirmed E-ticket will be processed through TDR process. Customer can file TDR online and refund sanctioned by Railways would be credited back to user/agents account. Refund claims under above clause may require at least 60 days or more for processing.
