If the train delay time is over 3 hours from the scheduled departing station, full refund can be claimed against Reserved, RAC, and Waitlistedtickets. Passengers have to file a TDR within the stipulated time limits (TDR can be filed through this link https://goibibo.typeform.com/to/YdKv2g).
