45. What ID proofs are accepted by railways?

A valid ID proof of any one passenger should be carried while traveling failing which railways rules will apply. List of acceptable ID proofs are:

· Passport

· Driving license

· PAN card

· Voters ID card

· Aadhar card

· Photo ID card issued by central or state govt. to their employees
