You need to follow simple steps to cancel your train bookings  also check your refund amount before you finalize. 

· Log  in to your Goibibo Account if you aren’t already signed in. Verify your mobile  number to login.

· Go to  MY TRIPS section in the navigation drawer

All  your upcoming trips are listed towards the top of your account page. Pick the  one you  want to cancel and you will land at the confirm cancellation screen.

Fill  the reason for cancellation and select the users you want to cancel the ticket  for and press the review cancellation button, where you would be asked to  verify your booking via an OTP to your verified mobile number.

· Cancellation  confirmation and the refund amount for the ticket would be shown on the Screen

And... you’re done. We will  process your refund within 24 hours. Depending on your mode of payment and  bank, this may take between 5 to 7 working days to show up on your account  statement.
