These terms are in addition to the General Terms of Use & Service as mentioned above. All the terms herein shall have the same meaning as defined therein unless specifically modified, altered, amended or changed herein.
GoTime Promise Details:
As a customer delight feature, Company has introduced the 'Go Time Promise'. Under the 'Go Time Promise' feature, Company will resolve amendment request within 1 hour ("GoTime"). In case Company fails to meet the GoTime Promise timeline, it will credit customer’s ibibo account (in case of registered user) with goCash plus amounting to INR 100 for every two hours of delay beyond the GoTime, subject to a maximum of goCash amounting to INR 500.
Resolution of the amendment request herein shall mean successful amendment of Customer’s hotel booking as per his request.
GoTime Promise: Eligibility and other terms:
Applicable only for the Hotels booked to stay/travel within the territory of India.
Amendment request GoTime shall start from acknowledgement of Customer’s request by Goibibo and end with successful resolution as specified above.
Company’s decision with regard to the calculation of GoTime and in case of delay, goCash plus, shall be final, binding and indisputable.
Amendments are subject to Hotel’s agreement and Room availability.
GoTime Promise shall not be applicable in the following cases:
Non refundable bookings
Amendment of booking on or after due check-in date
Amendment of booking due to no-show
Booking made through Company’s Business Partners. (HDFC Smart Buy, Kotak Mobile App, Citi Premier Miles, Apps Daily, Samsung Galaxy Platform )
Post-paid/Pay-at Hotel bookings;
Package bookings i.e. Hotel plus Hotel / Bus
goCash plus payable in case of delay in meeting GoTime Promise by Company per booking error acknowledged shall not exceed INR 500.
Company reserves the right to discontinue GoTime Promise at any time without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
Company powers to add to the list of exceptions where goCash compensations are exempt.
